Gorilla season is over...almost!

As lockdown measures start to ease we are edging closer to me being able to welcome you all back at Pretty Flamingo Beauty; July 4th being the provisional return to work date. My number one priority is the safety of you and I, so with this in mind there will be some changes going forward.

All clients are required to wear a face mask for the duration of the appointment. I will supply a disposable mask for you to take away with you. Towels and gowns are all disposable and in addition to this I will be wearing a face shield. There will be an additional cost of £1.50 for all appointments to cover PPE, I wish I could cover this but I simply will not survive.

Consultations will take place over video call to minimise social contact but to ensure you still get the service and results that you deserve, and expect.

Please do not bring anybody else with you to your appointment.

Please inform me if you or any members of your household have experienced any symptoms of illness over the previous two weeks.

All surfaces, chairs, tools and equipment will be cleaned and sanitised prior to your arrival and following our appointment.

Gowns, aprons and towels will be single use and disposed of at the end of each appointment. These items will be stored in an air tight container.

All clients will be required to wash their hands upon arrival for a minimum of 20 seconds.

Beverages will not be served for the forseeable future so please bring your own refreshments and take away any rubbish with you at the end of our time together.

Bathroom

The bathroom will be cleaned and disinfected before and after use.

I will provide a client basket of antibacterial soap, hand sanitiser and paper towels for drying hands. I ask that you only use these please.

Please sanitise your hands before going to the bathroom and when you return.

I will need to take a moment to clean and sanitise the bathroom after use.

Pretty Flamingo will now be 100% cashless. Payments can be make via card, PayPal or bank transfer.

The government are yet to give any official safety guidelines for Salons so this is largely guesswork. Please do get in touch if you feel there is anything I haven't covered or that you would like me to add. I want you to feel as safe and comfortable as possible during your appointment.
